Looks like I need a new goal for the Half Marathon in TWO WEEKS! I just finished a 12.9 mile run in exactly 2 hours!
I am totally stoked. My goal was a 10 min/mile pace, so I went out today to just see what 10 miles felt like at a 10 minute pace. I ended up doing a 9:18 pace for almost 13 miles.
So my goal for the Carlsbad 1/2 marathon in two weeks is a 9 minute pace. There, I said it...LOOK OUT!
